03: Keep your will up to date

Remember to keep your will up to date. It is not just tax rules that change. Your personal circumstances can make an old will invalid or simply no longer appropriate– marriage, separation, divorce, the birth of children.

Do not make a will without competent legal advice. A false economy now could lead to a mistake and difficulties for your family and friends after your death.Last Updated
The FSA does not regulate taxation and trust advice. Tax rules are subject to change.
