06: Harassment

The fourth ground for a discrimination claim is on the grounds of harassment, defined as unwanted conduct, on protected grounds. If an individual claims to have suffered from harassment based on one of the discriminatory grounds and the employer has not acted to prevent it (or has by the actions of employees appeared to condone the harassment), this will give grounds for a discrimination claim on harassment grounds.Last Updated
